The group’s object / purpose:
To encourage people to take an active interest in their Faith through reading material and DVD’s
Additional Information:
Free registration
Books and CDs are borrowed free
DVDs are on loan for 50p
Duration of hire is one month, although extensions will be granted on request
For children we currently hold:
- 231 books including short biographies of saints, bible stories and fiction, plus some DVDs.
For adults we currently hold:
- 286 books: spiritual, doctrinal, biographies and writings of saints and popes; biblical, classics and some fiction.
- A number of DVDs & CDs
- Excellent reference books including: The New Jerome Biblical Commentary, Dictionary of the Bible by McKenzie, The HarperCollins Encyclopedia of Catholicism.
